Peter is an excellent real-estate agent. He is highly attentive, responsive and really knows east Hawaii and the people there. We were looking for a property with very specific features, and Peter was quick to book property tours and help us think through the pros and cons; there was never any pressure to buy. When we were not in town, he took excellent narrated videos and pictures for us. Critically, Peter connected us with an excellent property inspector (before purchase) and contractor (after purchase). The inspector helped us avoid making the wrong purchase and led us to make the right choice - that we are still happy with today; and the contractor is doing excellent work for us today. Bottomline -- Peter is a highly knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and very honest realtor and would be the first person I would call if I needed to buy/sell in East Hawaii again. We recently had the pleasure of working with an exceptional real estate agent, Mr. Peter Prentiss on the Big Island HI. We bought a house in Big Island while we were living in MD, it means that we couldn't be present to see houses for showing. Mr. Prentiss took the challenge when we told him about it.
