Born and raised on Hawaiʻi Island, Peter graduated from Hawaiʻi Preparatory Academy in 2005 and earned a degree in Marine Science and Environmental Studies from the University of San Diego in 2009. After returning home, he worked in marine research and sustainable agriculture before becoming an educator, teaching students from Pāhoa to Kohala. This background sharpened his ability to explain complex processes clearly—an invaluable skill when guiding buyers and sellers through pricing decisions, inspections, financing considerations, and negotiations.
Now raising his family on the Hāmākua Coast, Peter has lived throughout Hawaiʻi Island—from Kaʻū to Waikoloa and Hawi to Pāhoa—giving him a nuanced understanding of neighborhood values, buyer demand, microclimates, and market trends. This insight allows him to help sellers price accurately and position their property effectively, while helping buyers identify opportunities that align with their goals and risk tolerance.
Having built an off-grid homestead in Hawaiian Paradise Park and renovated numerous homes as a professional handyman, Peter brings a practical, construction-savvy perspective that benefits both sides of the transaction. Sellers gain guidance on how to prepare their property for market without unnecessary expenses, while buyers benefit from a trained eye when evaluating condition, improvements, and long-term potential. Raised by two seasoned real estate brokers and home builders, Peter combines deep local roots with strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
